1. What we collect

• Wallet addresses (for access/beta checks, if applicable).
• Your name, email address and Telegram username are required to activate an agent account. Contact details are encrypted in our database and are available to you and authorized administrators for account support.
• Technical/log data required to operate the service (e.g., server logs).
• Aggregated website usage data collected through Google Analytics, only if you consent.

2. How we use data

• Provide and operate the website and its features.
• Manage beta registrations and access controls.
• Communicate with you about the service and support requests.
• Prevent fraud/abuse and improve reliability.
• Understand page visits and navigation patterns to improve the website experience.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers strictly as needed to run the platform (for example, infrastructure, database, analytics, and wallet/network integrations).

If you authorize private SOL routing, Houdini Swap receives your IP address, browser user agent, timezone, transfer amounts and the relevant wallet addresses to process transfers and perform compliance checks. This includes transfers back to your deposit wallet for withdrawals. Private routing does not guarantee anonymity. You can revoke consent in your contact profile to stop future transfers; transfers already submitted cannot be cancelled.

Agent activity alerts are sent through Telegram to the operator's configured administrative group. These alerts include public wallet addresses, event types, SOL amounts when applicable and timestamps. They do not include private keys, authentication credentials, contact details or token names.

4. Cookies

This website may use essential cookies or similar technologies required for basic functionality. If you consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and understand how visitors navigate the site. Analytics is optional and can be declined.
