1. Acceptance

By using the site, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Service description

The platform provides tools and information, including AI-powered features. Some features may require a wallet connection and/or beta registration.

Agent accounts use a dedicated custodial Solana wallet. Laura holds its private key; you do not receive that key. Authorized administrators can export it to the external trading agent that operates the account. Deposits are accepted in native SOL only. Withdrawals require operator processing and sufficient available funds. Completing your contact details is required before activating an agent account.

Trading can result in loss of deposited funds. Returns are not guaranteed. The dashboard shows realized results when acquisition costs can be reconciled; it does not guarantee real-time valuations. Blockchain records remain public even when the dashboard does not link to an explorer.

3. Prohibited use

• Do not use the service for unlawful activities, fraud, or abuse.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the service.
• The service is not available to minors (under 18).

4. Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party providers (e.g., blockchain networks, infrastructure, or data services). Their terms and policies may also apply.

5. No financial advice / risk

Content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Digital assets involve significant risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses or damages arising from use of the service, including outages, third-party failures, or market movements.
